At HAPPYTV, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. However, please note that we do not offer refunds after the activation of your subscription. Once your subscription is activated, it is considered fully utilized, and no refunds will be issued.
Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your subscription within 14 days of purchase, provided it has not been activated. Upon receiving the returned item, HAPPYTV will process a full refund.

- Refunds are only applicable for unactivated subscriptions returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Promotional items or discounted subscriptions are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Subscriptions purchased through third-party distributors or retail partners are not eligible for refunds through HAPPYTV.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that do not meet these criteria may not qualify for a refund or may incur a restocking fee.
- HAPPYTV is not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipment. We recommend using an insured and traceable courier service.
- Proof of return delivery or receipt of the item is required to process any refund.
We aim to accommodate all returns, but if an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we may need to send it back to you. All returned goods will be inspected upon receipt.
